Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Item must have all tags attached
• Item must not be damaged or altered
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care items and cosmetics
• Undergarments and intimate apparel
• Customized or personalized products
• Digital products and gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Perishable goods

How to Return

1. Initiate Return: Log into your account and go to your order history. Select the item you want to return and click "Request Return."
2. Select Reason: Choose the reason for your return from the dropdown menu and provide any additional details.
3. Schedule Pickup: Choose a convenient date and time for our courier to pick up the item from your address.
4. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
5. Hand Over: Give the packed item to our courier when they arrive for pickup.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

• Original Payment Method: Refund within 3-5 business days
• Bank Transfer: Refund within 5-7 business days
• Store Credit: Instant credit to your Ekusey wallet

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return pickup and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
